On 1st June 1994 the company became transformed into a joint stock company under the name Fabryka Maszyn Spożywczych SPOMASZ Pleszew S.A. Years of experience have helped us to achieve high standard of products and manufacturing technology.

In 1997 Spomasz Pleszew S.A. achieved a quality certificate acc. to EN ISO 9001 : 2000 as well as 2nd degree Approval Certificate for Testing Laboratory.

Spomasz Pleszew S.A. has been an exporter since 1954. Untill the 90’s the company was exporting its goods only by Foreign Trade Center when it adopted a strategy of individual acquiring of new customers. Sales and Marketing Depts of the company succesed in establishing long – term cooperation with German customers. The firm manufacures complicated devices for thermal processes for the clients. Intensive marketing activities such as trade fairs, personal contacts, advertising in foreign magazines let the company increase its export sale up to 35% in the last decade.
